Welcome to the Studio

The EnCompass Appreciative Growth Studio, a venture of EnCompass LLC, brings forward more than 25 years of experience helping organizations and leaders navigate growth with clarity, strengthen the practices that support people and performance, and prepare for what comes next. Built through our own growth and through decades of supporting clients in the complex field of international development, the Studio now brings our lessons, tools, and practices forward to help others build workplaces worth growing.
