Welcome to the Studio

The EnCompass Appreciative Growth Studio, a venture of EnCompass LLC, brings forward more than 25 years of experience helping organizations and leaders navigate growth with clarity, strengthen the practices that support people and performance, and prepare for what comes next. Built through our own growth and through decades of supporting clients in the complex field of international development, the Studio now brings our lessons, tools, and practices forward to help others build workplaces worth growing.

Where to Begin

There are a few different ways to begin in the Studio. You may be navigating organizational growth, strengthening the workplace, or looking for a daily practice that helps you lead and work with intention. The Studio brings these together through practical tools, learning, and support.

Designing for growth

For founders, executives, and leadership teams

When organizations grow, the systems, roles, and rhythms that once worked may no longer fit. Find tools and support to help you navigate growth-stage shifts and design for the phase you are in now.

How organizations use strengths-based design to break through growth ceilings

Growth changes what an organization needs. The Ceiling Navigation Model is a strengths-based model that helps leaders recognize the phase they are in, anticipate what comes next, and design with greater clarity and confidence before they hit a ceiling limit.

Building an Appreciative Workplace

Icons include a woman with a plant, a diamond, a star, and a light bulb.

Workplaces shape what organizations are able to achieve. The Appreciative Workplace identifies five essential elements that help leaders build the trust, clarity, accountability, and resilience that make growth and change possible.
